I became Co- Administrator of the family estate which included a home located in Carson, CA. During the process of interviewing agents We decided to hire Oscar to handle the sale. Oscar provided us with publications and guide as to how the Probate process works. Even though we had legal council and the home was being sol under limited authority, Oscar educated me on the process of overbids at the court. I live about one hour away from Carson and could not check on the property on a regular basis, but Oscar would go by and check on the property and also water the grass and plants. He was always available to give me updates regarding the probate process. I was very happy and pleased with his professionalism.
