I had full authority of my late sister estate.
I live out of state and needed to have someone locally to assist me in preparing the house for sale. After interviewing several brokers, I decided to employ Oscar Dixon. The house was full of debris and personal items. Oscar used his resources to remove all items from the house. Also the house needed work and he prepared an analysis as to what it would cost to bring the house up to standard. I decided to sale “as-is condition” and Oscar negotiated a great price which I was pleased with. He was always available and would give me updates on a weekly basis.
